Hotel Leopolda - Florence

This place was great! It was only a short walk from the main train station and the sights. My room was clean, soundproof, and cozy. Maurizio, the owner, was super cute. I already want to come back 😊

the twin/double room was cool with a comfortable bed. central heating, a work desk, and television were a very nice touch. the service was absolutely terrific.

Nice and lovely location close to the main tourist spots, the Square of San Marco and the centre of Florence, well away from the tourist areas in a pretty area. Budget double room with a comfortable bed.

Wi-Fi connection issues need addressing!!! Inconsistent housekeeping left us without fresh towels!!! Small, inconvenient bathroom facilities detracted from comfort!!!

the staff are pretty friendly and amazingly nice, managed the parking onsite. their rooms are always huge and cool with a comfortable bed and the 88 degree temperature, for example.

The staff was great. Helpful and accommodating. Nice room, very nice bathroom. Good bed. Evrything you need in a room.

No air conditioning. Just a fan on the ceiling. We arrived during a heat wave, so it was hard to sleep. The hotel is close enough to the main terminal. But with heavy backpacks during a heatwave, it seemed to be miles away.

The warm hospitality from the staff. They provided fantastic local recommendations and created a cute atmosphere that felt mad really like home.

Unfortunately, the bathroom door didn't lock properly, which caused some concern for privacy. The noise level in the mornings could be disruptive, impacting sleep quality.

The venue was exceptionally comfortable, I liked the stay and the location was absolutely perfect just off 2 nice cafes/ coffee shops for breakfast, close to train station, and the center of Florence. The staff were amiable and amicable in case of questions. The room in the 88 degree temperature. Central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk were all available.

The air conditioning in the room kept the temperature comfortable despite the heat outside. Hot water supply remained strong throughout my stay, a definite plus.

The location felt a bit isolated, requiring a 25 to 30-minute walk to the city center, which wasn't ideal-especially on the way back at night. Ordering breakfast 24 hours in advance felt inconvenient. The thin walls made it hard to ignore noise from neighboring rooms. The bathroom setup felt cramped and not very accommodating.

Great local recommendations that enhanced my visit. The hotel had a home-like atmosphere, and while the location is a bit away from main attractions, the nearby bus service was convenient. The bathroom could use some modernization, though.

I had a lovely time here, especially enjoying the cozy budget double room and the fantastic coffee machine in the lobby that kept me fueled during my stay. The leisure area had some comfy chairs to unwind and a nice selection of books, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathroom was a bit dated, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyable experience. Don't forget to ask about the local dining spots! 😊

The spacious Superior Double Room offered a comfortable retreat with options for brewing coffee. The charm of the old building and the pleasant host contributed to a warm atmosphere. The flat pillows made it difficult to sleep well, and the air conditioning system felt overly restrictive during the heat. The lack of a refrigerator in the room was a downside for convenience.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The management was cute, going out of their way to assist with local recommendations. The room fell short of expectations, lacking proper amenities. It had no refrigerator, and the pillows were disappointingly thin. The air conditioning system was overly restrictive during a heatwave, which affected comfort .
